Ring spinning components  

Ring spinning components are succeed in providing acid from inside and outside of the spinneret at the same time because of the structure design. In production, this type of design makes the quality and yield of production improved greatly because it solves the problems such as fiber molding from inside and outside the large combination spinneret is unevenly, the quality of fiber is difficult to ensure. It adopts unique one-piece structure of combing distribution plate and screen to ensure the sealing property of the components, so that the pressure performance can be guaranteed

Features:

l  Ring spinning components adopts interference fit structure, according to the drawing to require dimensional accuracy, it can be installed properly with gooseneck tube.

l  Spinneret plate’s material is Hastelloy C, pressing seat and pressing nut are made of nylon 1010. In normal production and assembly process, pressing seat and pressing nut do not have deformation phenomenon. The disturbing plate and mesh are assembled together and made of 316L material, O ring is made of fluororubber.

l  顺泰国际appThe dimension tolerance of the spinneret size must guarantee to work well with buyer’s spinneret, The ring spinning components have a proper clearance assembly to be convenient to dismantle.

l  Ring spinning components have a good pressurization, keep the testing pressure at 12kg/cm2 , temperature is 50℃ when to make a test. After an hour of maintaining pressure in test, disassemble and mix the components, then repressurized as above after assembly to regard qualified.

In normal production situation, ring spinning components should perform without corrosion, breakage, leakage glue phenomenon.
