DQD Series Water Flow Cutting Machine

顺泰国际appDQD water flow cutting machine is the key equipment of viscose staple fiber production, the cutting quality is high, the structure is compact, reasonable, stable operation and long service life, convenient to maintenance. 

Equipment structure:

1.  Frame: It is made of welded profile frame, whereby the lower profile is anchored to the foundation.

顺泰国际app2. Tensility device: It consist of 3 numbers same diameter tension rollers. The wrap length of tow on the 3 rollers are 1.93m to eliminate the tensility, a tow will be free of tensility to vertical drop into the cutter.

顺泰国际app   ① 3 numbers tensility rollers are individual driving with 3 sets of frequency driving gear motor of 2.2kw.

   ② The cutting disc is driven by a 5.5kw gear motor, designed for speed control by frequency converter.

1.  Lifting device: It consists of body cover, cylinder/electrical actuator and self-lock system.

2.  Cutting device: It consists of blade, blade holder, blade support, key shaft,spring and rotation disc.

3.  Grinding device: It is made by AL2O3 and specialty anti wearing material; blade is always touching with grinding surface to cut the tow and grinding the blade also.
